Your data is never used to train AI
We have switched off AI training with every provider we work with. Your customers' conversations are used only to serve your customers, never to improve anyone's AI models.
Data is kept only as long as needed
Call recordings and chat history are stored for the period included in your plan, then deleted automatically. Less data kept means less risk carried.
Data requests handled fast and in full
To see, export or delete data, just email privacy@versafy.ai or message our support chat. We confirm the request, verify who is asking, and complete it within 10 business days — well inside the one month GDPR allows. Deletion covers everything, including call recordings and transcripts. Deletion requests that come through Shopify are handled automatically.

We have an appointed DPO who oversees how data is handled across our platform. Your legal or compliance team has a direct contact for any question.

Every third-party service we use to run Versafy is bound by a data processing agreement and meets GDPR requirements. The list of these providers is available to clients on request, and we let clients know before adding new ones.
For agencies and partners
Managing several client stores? Every store's data is kept separate, and each client gets the same privacy protection. You can offer AI to your clients without taking on their compliance risk.
Your connected tools stay under your control
When you connect your own accounts — your CRM, your WhatsApp Business number, your Shopify store — those services work under your own agreement with them. Versafy only passes data to them on your instruction, so you stay in full control of where your customer data goes.
