Versafy Privacy Policy

Versafy is a platform that answers a business's customers around the clock across chat, messaging apps, email and phone, and shows which conversations and channels bring in sales. Versafy is operated by A-Team Global Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

    5. Our ads, lead forms and how we contact you

If you fill in one of our forms — on our website, in one of our ads, or on an advertising platform such as Facebook or Instagram — we receive your answers and the contact details you gave us, and we contact you only in the ways you agreed to. When a form is on an advertising platform, that platform passes your answers to us under its own terms.

    • Phone calls. We may call you about your request. Some calls may be made by our AI voice assistant, which will tell you it is an AI. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up properly.
    • Messengers and SMS. We may message you on any messenger that can be reached at the contact details you gave us — for example WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Signal, Instagram or Facebook Messenger, or SMS — from Versafy's business account about your request.
    • Email. We may email you about your request and, if you agreed, send occasional news and offers.

To stop at any time, reply STOP in a message, tell us during a call, click unsubscribe in an email, or write to privacy@versafy.ai. We will stop within 5 working days and keep a record so we don't contact you again.

We keep a record of when and how you agreed to be contacted. The advertising platform's own privacy policy explains how it handles data on its platforms.

    6. AI features and learning from conversations

Versafy uses AI to answer customers, so conversation content is processed by AI models to produce replies, summaries and analytics.

    • Telling people it's AI. Versafy assistants identify themselves as AI, and a person can ask to be handed over to a human on the business's team.
    • Learning and observe modes. A business can let Versafy learn from its own team's conversations, or watch them without replying, to build a knowledge base for its assistant. That knowledge is used only for that business.
    • No model training. We do not use customer data to train AI models, and we do not allow our AI providers to do so.
    • AI providers. We use carefully selected AI model and voice providers to generate replies, analysis and voices. They process data only on our behalf.
    • Accuracy. AI replies can contain mistakes. Businesses control what their assistant can say and can review its conversations.

    7. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and platform, and optional cookies for analytics and ads only if you accept them.

Business customers can ask us for the current list of providers that handle their customers' data.

We tell business customers at least 30 days before we add or replace a provider that handles their customers' data.

When a business connects its own accounts, such as its phone carrier, its WhatsApp Business number or Kommo, that business has its own agreement with that provider.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Google user data. Versafy's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    9. Where your data is stored

Our main database is in the EU (Ireland). Some providers, such as AI, telephony and messaging providers, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

When that happens, we protect the transfer with an adequacy decision (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards we use.

    11. Security

Versafy has passed an independent CASA security assessment, and we protect data with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and regular reviews.

No system is completely secure. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires. More detail is on our Security & GDPR page.

    12. Your rights

    You can ask us to:

    • show you the personal data we hold about you
    • correct it
    • delete it
    • limit how we use it
    • send it to you or another company in a portable format
    • stop using it for marketing, or for purposes based on our legitimate interest
    • withdraw your consent, without affecting what we did before

Write to privacy@versafy.ai. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). You can also go to the authority where you live, such as the UK's ICO.

    13. Children, changes and contact

Versafy is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we tell customers by email or in the platform.
